We are in-network for all Cigna Health plans
As a patient you would be responsible for any copays or co-insurance that are due.
Cigna Healthcare plans require authorization through Orthonet PT Network – we are part of this network, and we will take care of this authorization for you after the first visit. The only exception to this is if you have a ppo or indemnity plan these do not require authorization.
Access, Open Access, and all HMO products require authorization after the first visit.
